You may cancel 48 hours in advance without a cancellation fee. For cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled cleaning, there is a $50 cancellation fee.

The cost to clean your home depends on the number of bedrooms your home has as well as the amount of time it may take for us to perform the service.
We have a flat-rate pricing structure that is listed on the Services & Pricing section of the city-specific site. We also offer hourly services for those interested.

When selecting your service, simply select the frequency of cleaning on our online booking form. We’ll take care of the rest.

Our estimate is typically based on a 1 hour per bedroom rate. We perform our clean for a standard home in a reasonable amount of time. There are homes that are extremely large or require much more attention, therefore require pricing adjustments

No, you don’t have to be home for a clean. You may leave your key in an easily accessible place

We’ll arrive with at least 1-2 team members the first time, maybe three for bigger/messier homes.
